In a typical execution cycle, ASE validates design parameters given by clients within half an hour after receipt of client input. The designs can be executed in three hours during which the quality system ensures a precise match of the drafted design with client parameters. On completion of the job, the design is checked and corrected for discrepancies if any through a system of queries with the client. Finally, the designs undergo a three-tired checking procedure before being off-loaded. ASE also conducts corrective action if suggested by the client and with their active collaboration in the process. The corrective measure is quickly assimilated as a preventive check, in order to avoid repetition of the same error. Preventive checks have also been built into the quality system in anticipation of errors, which could be avoided.
