The quality of designs produced and the rapid turnover of jobs executed have helped ASE grow 6 fold in the number employees engaged in the mere 3 years of operation. At the same time, ASE has successfully managed to reduce operational cycle time by 35% . ASE has at one point in time executed over 200 site designs in just a single month. In three years ASE has turned over 3500 site designs and are heading to complete 4000 site designs within this financial year.
