The first step is to send us the following

• Sign a contract, MoU (Memorandum of Undertaking in Terms & Conditions and fee schedule)
• Sketch and paper drawings
• Deadlines

2. In what format can the drawings be sent?

The files can be sent in any graphic format, such as TIFF, JPEG or even PDF, Paper drawings can also couriered to our office. AutoCAD drawings can also be emailed to us for 3d modeling and animations.

3. What drawing standards are followed?

We follow standards such as AIA guidelines and local codes.

4. How do we communicate?

We can email, phone, or communicate by Fax. We can also setup an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) for our clients.

5. What kind of turnaround time can be expected?

The turnaround time depends totally on the project as well as on the output required. We can also work on short deadlines if required.

6. How does one ensure security of data?

We do not enclose any computer & paper data generated by us during any projects.

7. How can you send heavy data files?

We have very fast Internet services and can transfer a huge amount of data through the internet. Alternatively, depending on your comfort, we can burn a CD and post it to you.

8. Are these services permissible under law?

These Net Enabled services are covered under the WTO agreement, and are being signed by more and more people around the globe.

9. How are invoices paid?
